Recently appointed the director of Noah’s Ark, Terri has been a teacher in the classroom since 1991, and has had the privilege of working at Noah’s Ark Preschool and Kindergarten since 2003. “I love being a teacher of young children. They are like flowers just waiting to open and show their glory every day. Each day is a new adventure, and the children always make me laugh. Let us explore God’s wonderful world together.”
I am Mrs. Estelle & I come from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I have been married to Mr. Doug since 1978 and we have a grown son, who is married with 3 daughters and 1 son. I love having children in my life. I have worked with kids for over 50 years, starting in high school, with a nanny job every summer. I worked in the Minneapolis public school system, while my son was in K-5th grade, and then had an in-home day care for over 15 years, turning it into a preschool the last 5 years.
My husband wanted to leave Minnesota, because of the winters, so we sold our house & all daycare furnishings, to buy an old Pace Arrow motor home, and hit the road in Dec 2002. We loved traveling with our motorcycle sidecar, too! We traveled the United States for a few years, until Oct 2006, when we settled in Mesa. I became the closing teacher at Noah’s Ark, when we joined Bethlehem Lutheran. Then in 2008, I took the office manager position, and love welcoming the families each day from my desk.
My name is Susan Gonzalez and I have had the privilege of teaching at Christian Preschools since 2003. I have taught children age 2 through 4, as well as after school- age children, that we care for. I have been married to my wonderful husband Xavier since 1983, and have 3 grown sons and 2 grandsons. I love spending time with my family. My husband and I are active members at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, where I enjoy teaching Kidz Church.
My goal for your child is to be a happy well adjusted learner, who looks forward to coming to school. I love seeing children smile, have fun exploring and get excited when they have learned something new. They always make me laugh and feel like a kid again. I look forward to sharing the love of Jesus with you and your child.
I am Ms Chaucey. I am the Dinofours teacher (3-4s). I have been working in childcare since high school here at Noah’s Ark. The Lord has led me to be a part of young children’s lives. I grew up attending Christian schools, and it made a big impact on my formative years, as well as helping my decisions throughout high school. I am currently enrolled at GCU getting my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising.
I am Ms. Brigitte. I moved to Arizona from Panama in 2001. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Education. Teaching at Noah’s Ark Preschool and Kindergarten is truly a blessing for me. My mission is to set each child on the path to grow in God’s love and grace through His word. In my classroom we will learn many wonderful truths that God has provided for us through Bible lessons, stories, music and more. We will strive to strengthen our listening and social skills, as well as all other academic areas.
Ms Brigitte speaks fluent Spanish, and is most helpful in communicating with Hispanic families.
Hi, my name is Mrs. Yvette. I have been teaching since 1994 and have taught children age 2 through 12. Teaching and sharing my love of the Lord with my students is my greatest joy. Some of my best days are when I see a child’s face light up when they learn something new. I cherish the idea of sharing God’s word with every child, and helping develop their young minds.

I am Ms Debbie and I have worked with Noah’s Ark off & on for many years. I came back to be the closing teacher for the new school year. I have worked with children of all ages in the Mesa school system and with EOS fitness centers. I look forward to a wonderful year ahead.
I have lived in AZ my whole life, and I love to ride Go Karts. My favorite thing is coloring with the kids, cooking and hanging out with my boyfriend. My plan is to become a police officer in the near future. For now, I’m working with the afterschool kids and Ms Debra. I have learned many things in this past year here at Noah’s Ark.
Coach Logan is the youngest of 4 siblings. He’s a graduate of Mountain View High School and Grand Canyon University’s Sports Management program. He applies his know-how by instructing our physical education class on Friday mornings.
When he is not teaching P.E., he’s coaching soccer. He has been playing soccer for twenty years and coaching for the past seven years. As the owner of Soccer Shots East Valley, LLC, he also offers an extra-curricular class in soccer one day a week at our school.
